Job summary

Public Promise Insurance Agency, the NACo affiliate, seeks a Regional Program Director to serve as the senior field representative across a multi-state territory. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in strategic business development, relationship management, consulting, public affairs, or executive account management.
• Demonstrated success building executive-level relationships and influencing organizational decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal relationship executive for counties throughout the assigned region.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with county executives, administrators, elected officials, finance officers, HR leaders, and other key decision-makers.
• Develop a regional growth strategy aligned with organizational objectives and expand participation in PPI’s workforce solutions.
• Represent NACo and PPI with professionalism, integrity, and executive presence.
• Maintain an active pipeline of strategic opportunities using CRM tools and disciplined sales processes.
