Qualifications

• 3+ years in open space management or parks maintenance.

• Ability to lead teams and ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel including Parks Maintenance Technicians and volunteers.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work within assigned region.
• Oversee mowing, fertilization, irrigation, weed control, trash and restroom upkeep.
• Coordinate projects with other departments and ensure safety standards.
• Prepare daily activity and vehicle inspection reports.
