Job summary

Town of Castle Rock is seeking a Facilities/Custodian team member to keep town facilities clean, safe, and welcoming. The role supports office areas, restrooms, and common spaces, with responsibilities spanning floor care, equipment operation, and basic maintenance.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cleaning experience or equivalent; a Colorado driver's license is preferred. Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cleans Town facilities including office areas and restrooms; handles floors, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Assists with snow and ice removal on building exteriors to support safety.
• Delivers room/event setup requests within the timeframe requested.
• Maintains strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Monitors and maintains supplies for the buildings serviced.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
