The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist to support multiple stores within a 20-mile radius of Belmont, NC. The role focuses on helping customers select products, answering questions, and ensuring high store standards.

Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and assisting with deliveries while meeting monthly and yearly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
• Willing to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and tint/mix as needed
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers
