Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist to support its Belmont, NC area stores. The starting pay is $17 per hour, and you may work at stores within a 20 mile radius, including Belmont, Gastonia, and surrounding locations.

You will help customers select products, process sales, and assist with deliveries. You may lift up to 70 lbs, operate tinting equipment, and maintain store displays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Assist in deliveries as needed.
