Job summary

Liquidia Technologies seeks a Regional Business Director to hire, develop, and lead a PAH-focused team launching Yutrepia and Treprostinil Injection. The role reports to the VP of US Sales and emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to drive regional sales performance.

The RBD will build strong KOL relationships, develop regional plans, and coach field teams while ensuring compliance and strategic execution within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Cardiology, Pulmonary, or rare disease sales experience.
• 2+ years of leading sales teams as a sales manager preferred.
• Launch experience highly preferred.
• Experience coaching sales reps and developing regional plans.
• Ability to generate insights from analytics and CRM data.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Operations of the Region including hiring and coaching.
• Develop regional business plans and manage the Regions budget.
• Build relationships with top KOLs and plan strategic meetings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and training efforts.
• Respond to questions about products, policies, and business issues.
