Liquidia Technologies seeks a dynamic Regional Business Director to lead PAH-focused sales teams, launch Yutrepia, and drive Treprostinil Injection sales in the PAH market. You will report to the VP of US Sales and guide regional strategy, develop key stakeholder relationships, and deliver exceptional sales performance.

The role requires strategic agility, team development experience, and strong analytics to interpret CRM data and shape regional plans in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in Cardiology, Pulmonary, or rare disease sales.
• 2+ years leading sales teams (preferred).
• Launch experience highly preferred.
• Coaching sales reps in field preferred.
• Experience developing regional business plans and training.
• Ability to analyze CRM data and generate insights.
• Experience with Specialty Pharmacy distributed therapies (preferred).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• High integrity and professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Supervise operations of the Region including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop relationships with top KOLs and plan strategic meetings in-field and at conferences.
• Maintain communication with cross-functional stakeholders within Liquidia.
• Develop and implement regional business plans and manage the Region's budget.
• Involve in all-hire training, launch meetings, and ongoing sales training.
• Respond to product, marketing, policy, and business questions from customers and sales staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and processes.
• Perform other duties as needed.
