Samuel Packaging Systems is seeking a driven Sales Representative to grow its Southeast customer base, including South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina. You will drive revenue by developing new opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering packaging automation solutions.

Responsibilities include full sales-cycle management, on-site visits, product demonstrations, and collaboration with engineering teams to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial or packaging preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a regional territory independently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and product demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools.
