Samuel Packaging Systems is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our customer base across the Southeast region, including SC, GA, and NC. You will drive revenue through new business development, strategic account management, and tailored packaging automation solutions.

Responsibilities include prospecting, on-site visits, product demonstrations, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver solutions. Travel within the region is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial or packaging preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a regional territory independently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct on-site visits, assessments, and product demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM tools.
