Job summary

Scott Insurance in the Southeast is seeking a Regional P&C Operations Manager to lead the Commercial Account Analysts across the Tennessee region. You will oversee performance, ensure service aligns with company values, and drive KPI achievement in a high-profile leadership role.

You will need strong commercial coverage knowledge, agency management system experience, and proven people leadership. CPCU/CIC designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• College degree is preferred but not required.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance and agency management systems.
• Proven leadership and team-building experience.
• Licensing in P&C or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience managing analysts or staff in a service-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Commercial Account Analysts in the region and allocate accounts.
• Monitor workflow and performance using productivity metrics.
• Provide coaching and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Partner with senior leaders to hire, onboard and train new analysts.
• Collaborate with Accounting, HR and IT on cross-team issues.
• Build relationships with producers to plan growth strategies.
• Drive process improvements and ensure service excellence.
