Job summary

Scott Insurance is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager to service large and complex client accounts from start to finish. You will lead renewals, provide product information, and act as a subject matter expert in commercial insurance.

The role includes guiding others and collaborating with production teams, with an on-site start and a path to a hybrid schedule after training. The successful candidate will have 7+ years in commercial insurance account management, a Property & Casualty

Qualifications

BA/BS degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
7+ years of commercial insurance account management experience.
Active Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain a license within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Lead the renewal process and provide personalized support for assigned clients.
Bind and issue policies, endorsements and audits, and prepare premium/loss and modification analyses.
Determine appropriate marketing strategies for the placement of commercial business.
Prepare and process new proposals, renewal applications, binders, endorsements, certificates, account summaries, cancellations, audits, check policies, and lost policy releases.
Review and interpret coverage for new/renewal policies and triage claims.
Establish strong working relationships with clients, underwriters, and carriers.
Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage and exposures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
