Job summary

DSS Distributing is seeking a driven sales professional to build the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, owning the territory with remote work and substantial travel. You’ll deepen existing wholesale relationships, open net-new accounts, and use our structured sales framework to grow distribution in the grocery and convenience store channels.

This role requires real wholesale sales experience, a hunter mindset, and the ability to work independently from a remote location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years wholesale sales experience.
• Experience in food/CPG/beverage/grocery or retail sales preferred.
• Self-motivated hunter who can open doors and grow a region.
• Based in central or eastern Pennsylvania preferred; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage wholesale accounts across the territory using our CLEARPATH sales framework.
• Increase distribution and promotional execution within the convenience store channel.
• Open net-new accounts and expand existing wholesaler and distributor relationships.
• Develop skills in sales forecasting, CRM management, and strategic account planning.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and market opportunities.
• Travel the territory to support customers, promotions, and business development.
