Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking a Regional External Specialist to support life insurance agents with the All-in-One financial services platform.

You will recruit agents, provide ongoing development, and serve as their trusted resource, helping them navigate client journeys with expertise and care. You will travel locally and out of state for events, promote the platform at conferences, train agents on product knowledge, and collaborate with other regional teams to grow the network.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred; new hires must obtain licensing within 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business-promoting activities.
• Local and out-of-state travel is required for events and prospect visits.
• Ability to work weekends (once a month) to support local seminars and events.

Responsibilities

• Promote All-in-One service platform for agents and financial professionals as part of recruiting efforts.
• Approach prospects with outreach activities including cold calls, events, and in-person visits to recruit agents and financial professionals.
• Serve as a point of contact to build business relationships, participate in events, set up booths, and distribute promotion materials.
• Analyze product performance to assist agents in meeting clients' financial needs and goals.
• Educate agents on retirement planning concepts and wealth transition.
• Support affiliated life agents with insurance sales and transactions, including medical exams scheduling and data collection.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge across carriers.
• Support Regional Internal Specialist with assigned tasks to ensure smooth regional operations.
