Job summary

TransGlobal Holding Co. is seeking a Regional External Specialist to recruit and support life insurance agents, driving growth for our All-in-One financial services platform.

You will train and empower agents, manage event presence, and guide them through complex financial journeys with care and expertise. The role requires traveling locally and out-of-state, weekends once a month for seminars, and licensing in life, health, and accident insurance within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, or related activities.
• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred; must obtain within the first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Promote the All-in-One service platform for insurance agents and financial professionals as part of recruiting efforts.
• Outreach to prospects via cold calls, events, and in-person visits to recruit agents and financial professionals.
• Serve as the point of contact to build relationships, participate in events, set up booths, and distribute materials.
• Educate agents on retirement planning concepts and wealth transition strategies.
