Job summary

TransGlobal Holding Co. seeks a Regional External Specialist to support life insurance agents and promote the All-in-One platform. You will recruit and develop agents, guide them with resources, and ensure exceptional client service throughout the financial journey.

You will travel regionally, conduct trainings, participate in events, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize agent performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; must obtain within 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean.
• 3–5 years in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promotion.
• Local and out-of-state travel to events and visits.
• Ability to work weekends once a month for seminars and events.
• Fast-paced environment with professional etiquette and learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote the All-in-One service platform to agents and financial professionals for recruiting.
• Reach prospects via cold calls, events, and in-person visits to recruit agents.
• Build relationships, participate in events, set up booths, and hand out materials.
• Analyze product performance to help agents meet clients' goals.
• Educate agents on retirement concepts and wealth transition through planning.
• Support agents with insurance sales, including scheduling exams and collecting data.
• Attend training sessions to stay current on product knowledge.
• Assist Regional Internal Specialist with regional office tasks.
