TransGlobal Holding Co. is seeking a Regional External Specialist to recruit and support life insurance agents, delivering tools and guidance to excel in financial services.

The role emphasizes building relationships, events participation, and ongoing development across a broad network of professionals. The position involves travel to events, seminars, and client meetings, with weekends required periodically.

Qualifications

• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred; must obtain within the first 90 days.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or related activities.
• Local and out-of-state travel is required for events and prospect visits.
• Ability to work weekends about once a month to support local seminars and events.
• Fast-paced environment with a growth mindset and professional etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Promote the All-in-One service platform for insurance agents and financial professionals as part of recruiting efforts.
• Recruit agents and financial professionals through outreach, events, and in-person visits.
• Build relationships with agents; participate in events, booths, and distribution of materials.
• Analyze product performance to assist agents in meeting clients' financial needs and goals.
• Educate agents on retirement planning concepts and wealth transition strategies.
• Support life agents with insurance sales, including scheduling medical exams and data collection.
• Attend regular training to stay updated on product knowledge across carriers.
• Support Regional Internal Specialist with assigned tasks to ensure smooth regional operations.
