Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. seeks a Regional External Specialist to support life insurance agents and promote our All-in-One financial services platform.

You will recruit agents, provide ongoing development, and empower agents to deliver exceptional client service across the financial journey. Ideal candidates are bilingual (English plus Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean) with 3–5 years in sales or recruiting, and must obtain life/health/accident licensing within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promoting activities.
• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; must obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Recruit agents and financial professionals to grow the network.
• Provide ongoing development and support to agents and internal teams.
• Educate agents on retirement planning and wealth transitions.
