Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking a Regional External Specialist to support life insurance agents with our All-in-One financial services. You will recruit, train, and coach agents, helping them navigate client journeys with care and expertise.

This role emphasizes field outreach, events, and relationship building to expand the agent network near Garden Grove, CA. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in sales or recruiting, bilingual English/Korean, and willingness to travel and work weekends

Qualifications

Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance preferred; must obtain within first 90 days.
Bilingual English and Korean.
3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promotion activities.
Local and out-of-state travel is required to attend events and visit prospects.
Ability to work on weekends once a month to support local seminars and events.
Growth mindset and professional etiquette in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Promote the All-in-One service platform to recruiters and agents.
Conduct outreach including cold calls, events, and in-person visits to recruit agents.
Build relationships by attending events, setting up booths, and distributing materials.
Analyze product performance to help agents meet client financial needs.
Educate agents on retirement planning concepts and wealth transfer.
