Job summary

TransGlobal Holdings Co. is seeking a Regional Ex External Specialist to support life insurance agents and promote our All-in-One financial services platform. You will recruit agents, provide ongoing development and act as a trusted resource to help agents serve clients.

The role requires bilingual English plus Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, or Korean, with 3–5 years of sales or recruiting experience. Travel is required; weekend events possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promoting activities.
• Licensing in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is preferred, with licensing within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Promote our All-in-One service platform to recruit agents and financial professionals.
• Approach prospects via cold calls, events, and in-person visits.
• Build business relationships and participate in booths and distribute materials.
• Analyze product performance to assist agents in meeting client needs.
• Educate agents on retirement planning concepts and wealth transition.
