We are seeking a Regional Outreach Manager to lead our outreach efforts across Northern New England (Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont).
As the Regional Outreach Manager, you will serve as a strategic connector and trusted resource within your territory, representing Monte Nido’s portfolio of programs. You’ll work closely with internal teams and the broader professional community to increase awareness of our services, build referral relationships, and support families and providers in finding the right care.
You will report to the Director of Outreach and collaborate with our clinical, admissions, and business development teams to ensure alignment across regional goals and outreach initiatives.

Cultivate, maintain, and grow strategic relationships with referring providers, treatment professionals, schools, and health systems in the Northern New England region.
Represent Monte Nido’s in-person and virtual services across all brands, with a focus on our residential and PHP/IOP locations in Massachusetts.
Organize and attend networking events, professional conferences, presentations, and site tours, both virtually and in-person.
Partner with internal teams to support census goals and market-specific growth objectives.
Identify new business development opportunities and report on regional trends and competitive insights.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and relationship development using CRM tools.
Travel regularly throughout the region to ensure a strong and visible presence.
