Job description

Regional Outreach Manager - Remote role with travel required around the Louisiana Market. Pay Rate: $75,000 - $83,000 Annually

As the Regional Outreach Manager for Behavioral Health Group (BHG), you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact within the community. You will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to increase awareness of our outpatient opioid addiction recovery centers and foster relationships with key stakeholders. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our client base and the improvement of lives impacted by addiction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive outreach plans to enhance awareness of our opioid addiction recovery centers within the designated region.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and counselors, to generate referrals and promote collaboration.
  • Identify and engage with community organizations, government agencies, treatment facilities, and other relevant stakeholders to build strategic partnerships and referral networks.
  • Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and conferences to educate the public about our services and resources for opioid addiction recovery.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials, digital content, and outreach campaigns tailored to the target audience.
  • Track outreach activities, referrals, and outcomes using CRM software or other tracking systems to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to Outreach Coordinators at our centers to enhance their ability to engage with community partners and promote our services effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging best practices in opioid addiction treatment and recovery to inform outreach strategies and maintain compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public health, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outreach, marketing, or community engagement, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health sector.
  • Knowledge of opioid addiction treatment and recovery services, including familiarity with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, community leaders, and individuals affected by addiction.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software or database management preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate outreach activities and events.
