Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in business development with 2–3+ years in sales leadership.
• Based in Central Maryland, MD.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• US work authorization and fluent English.
• CRM experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support admissions goals; lead team performance.
• Lead Outreach Directors and Managers in a region.
• Measure KPIs and report monthly.
• Develop and implement GTM strategy for new markets.
• Build relationships with referral sources in priority markets.
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, providers to uncover needs.
• Engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen partnerships across existing relationships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and events.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to meet GTM goals.
