Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines in the United States seeks experienced CDL-A drivers for regional/OTR routes. You will operate tractors/trailers, adhere to FMCSA rules, and ensure safe, on-time freight delivery within the Estes network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent background.
• 21 years of age and FMCSA-regulated driving eligibility.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration required.
• Residency within 75 miles of domicile/assignment.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Ability to drive tractor-trailer per FMCSA rules.
• Stable employment history preferred.
• Must pass FMCSA medical exam and road test.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to perform safety functions and deliver freight.
• Drive tractor/trailer safely following FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain required logs and regulatory compliance records.
• Safe handling of hazardous materials as required.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and reporting.
• Ensure cargo and equipment security throughout trips.
• Use in-cab technology as required and adapt to schedules.
• Provide professional customer service and maintain punctual attendance.
