Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and have 1 year driving experience.
• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center and/or work assignment.
• Able to drive a tractor trailer and meet FMCSA medical/skill requirements.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Willing to work varied schedules and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer safely per FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain logs and comply with safety requirements.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Safely transport freight within Estes network and meet delivery windows.
• Provide professional customer service and adhere to company policies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to Fleet Services.
