Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking a Regional OTR Driver to move freight between Estes Service Centers within the network. You will operate various equipment, maintain safety, and adhere to FMCSA rules while delivering professional service and frequent home time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent background.
• 21 years of age per FMCSA regulations (1 year driving experience).
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Must be registered with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Must reside within 75 miles of the domiciled Service Center or work assignment.
• HazMat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements required.
• Must be able to drive a tractor trailer per FMCSA requirements.
• Stable employment history preferred.
• Physical activities include lifting, twisting, turning, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor/trailer to transport freight per FMCSA regulations.
• Adhere to company, state, and federal laws and FMCSA run-time rules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Comply with safety and security protocols for hazardous materials.
• Provide professional service to customers and the public.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork as required.
