Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Regional Smart Buildings / OT Manager to lead and implement the Target Operating Model across the Americas/LATAM region. You will drive OT strategy, cyber security, and TOM alignment with global standards, while mentoring regional teams.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Global Director to manage BMS/SCADA/DCIM/EPMS environments, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver secure OT networks across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in OT environments with cyber security expertise.
• Proven background in BMS/SCADA/DCIM with multi-country experience.

Responsibilities

• Support TOM development and regional adoption across OT programs.
• Lead OT network management, security controls, and incident response.
• Oversee BMS/SCADA/DCIM/EPMS implementations and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Global Director to implement standards and playbooks.
• Engage with regional teams to deliver security and regulatory compliance.
