Indivisible Project is seeking seasoned Organizers to grow local groups, support leaders, and implement territorial campaigns. This full-time role focuses on building powerful groups, coordinating with national priorities, and expanding the activist pipeline across New York turf areas.

You will travel up to 20% annually, work about 40 hours per week, and contribute to a dynamic, equity-focused team within a evolving movement. We offer robust benefits and a path to long-term impact.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years/cycles of demonstrated experience in community, labor, movement, or electoral organizing.
• Experience developing field plans, tracking progress, and adapting as needed.
• Ability to train activists in skill development, power-building, and strategic planning.
• Strong communication and writing skills; ability to build turf communications.

Responsabilités

• Organize, support, and grow local groups in your turf and develop new groups.
• Build power by organizing groups around national priorities and campaigns.
• Provide guidance, structure, and support to leaders for effective organizing.
• Maintain relationships with group leaders and provide updates, resources, and support.
• Coach groups on Indivisible’s theory of change and equip them for local actions.
