Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta is seeking a Director to lead Regional Order Management across the North American Operating Unit. You will drive cross-functional processes with planning, transportation, customer service, sales and suppliers to ensure daily/weekly order execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
Experience with SAP (P08, P40, BW, IC, R/3), OTM.
Knowledge of Order to Cash and supply chain management.
Advanced communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead management of planned/unplanned activities for facilities.
Develop customer and internal facing communications.
Monitor and ensure successful warehouse openings/closings.
Support process modernization and automation initiatives.
Lead cross functional order management and customer service improvements.
Assist with disasters and unplanned closings.
Monitor metrics and adjust processes for redirects, dock capacity, and transport issues.
