Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Experience with SAP (P08, P40, BW, IC, R/3) and OTM.
• Experience with Salesforce (Thirsty).
• Knowledge of Order to Cash Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of Supply Chain Management.
• Advanced communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional order management and customer service improvement initiatives.
• Develop customer and internal facing communications.
• Monitor/ensure successful warehouse closing/openings.
• Support process modernization and automation.
• Support supply chain project implementations.
• Lead cross-functional order management initiatives.
• Assist with disasters and unplanned closings.
• Monitor metrics and drive process improvements.
