Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Region Order Management in Atlanta, GA. You will lead Region Managers, oversee end-to-end order management, and drive automation across NAOU to improve service and efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide strategic initiatives, with a focus on data-driven performance and change management. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in supply chain, customer service, or warehousing are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
Proficient in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Willing to experiment with Automation and AI.

Responsibilities

Lead Region Managers and order management activities across NAOU.
Support planned/unplanned facility activities; monitor openings/closings.
Drive process modernization, automation, and system implementations.
Lead cross-functional order management and customer service initiatives.
Monitor performance and adjust processes for redirects, capacity, and transport issues.
Mentor teams and ensure coverage during absences.
