National Vision is hiring a Regional Doctor Recruiter to staff optometrists across the region. You will source, screen, and interview candidates using ATS and multiple channels, while collaborating with district managers and senior executives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or relationships with retail optometrists preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with District Managers, Area Doctors, and executives about filled positions and hiring trends.
• Interview candidates and discuss salary, benefits, and contractual requirements.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls to ensure clear communication among client groups.
• Review recruitment procedures and report on effectiveness.
• Manage candidate activity in ATS.
• Attend and support industry events to market to potential candidates.
