National Vision is seeking a Regional Doctor Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruitment of optometrists and optometry students across an assigned region. You will partner with regional leaders, provide market insights, and drive hiring outcomes that support National Vision's objectives.

As a strategic talent advisor, you will build pipelines, manage candidate relationships from sourcing to onboarding, coordinate licensure and credentialing, and use ATS/CRM tools to measure and improve

Qualifications

• 2+ years in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Experience sourcing optometrists or healthcare professionals preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for optometrists and students in the region.
• Partner with leaders to forecast staffing and recruitment strategies.
• Develop pipelines and manage candidate relationships from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate licensure, credentialing and onboarding requirements.
• Use ATS/CRM and metrics to improve recruiting effectiveness.
