Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Regional Doctor Recruiter to staff optometrists across a defined region. You will source candidates via databases, networking, social media, and referrals, and coordinate with District Managers and senior leaders on hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting (Required).
• Knowledge or relationships with retail optometrists preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Staff optometrists across the designated region using databases, networking, and referrals.
• Communicate hiring trends and filled positions with District Managers and senior leaders.
• Interview and assess candidates, discuss compensation and contractual terms.
• Participate in meetings and HR projects; monitor recruitment procedures for effectiveness.
• Manage candidate activity in the ATS and engage at industry events.
