Brenntag is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple distribution facilities in the United States. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, with a leadership focus on developing site managers and teams.

Responsibilities include implementing operational strategies, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement while collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to meet growth and service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field.
• 5+ years of operations or plant management experience required.
• Experience in chemical distribution, manufacturing, or logistics strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and HAZMAT regulations.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region up to 50%.
• Must be able to work in chemical handling environments and wear PPE.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations across multiple distribution locations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Lead and develop site managers and teams to build leadership capabilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and certifications through EHS and Quality teams.
• Manage regional budgets, monitor KPIs, and collaborate withSales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
