TikTok is seeking a Regional Head of Operations for Live & Monetization - Trust & Safety (AMS) in San Jose. You will lead AMS operations, design scalable workflows, and drive cost-efficient performance while maintaining platform safety and policy alignment.

You will mentor teams, manage vendors across several countries, analyze KPIs, and partner with policy, legal, and product teams to embed safety at scale. This role requires global perspective and strong change leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations and vendor management.
• Proven track record of driving high-impact operational strategies and leading teams.
• In-depth expertise in Trust & Safety frameworks, risk mitigation, and execution at scale.
• Advanced analytical skills with a focus on performance measurement and vendor accountability.
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for AMS Trust & Safety operations aligned with global objectives.
• Design and lead scalable operational frameworks to drive efficiency and measurable impact.
• Lead and develop high-performing operations teams with a culture of accountability.
