Job summary

Papa John's is seeking an QCC Operations Engineering Manager Lead to oversee the asset lifecycle, replacement planning, CMMS execution, and maintenance development across the East and West QCC regions. You will own reliability initiatives, data-driven improvements, and project execution to ensure operational excellence within a distributed network.

The role requires hands-on CMMS expertise, CAPEX ownership, and strong leadership to drive proactive maintenance, contract strategy, and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in industrial/distribution maintenance or reliability engineering with leadership experience.
• Hands-on CMMS experience including implementation, hierarchy design, PM programs, reporting.
• Demonstrated CAPEX planning and multi-year asset replacement strategy ownership.
• Contract negotiation and third-party vendor management experience.
• Strong RCA and continuous improvement background.
• Willingness and ability to travel to QCC sites within the region.

Responsibilities

• Own asset lifecycle planning and replacement strategies for QCC network.
• Define contracts and decide in-house vs outsourced maintenance.
• Lead CMMS strategy, asset hierarchy standardization, and PM updates.
• Develop maintenance scorecards and proactive reliability programs.
• Advance Skill-Based Pay and technician training initiatives.
• Drive center capital projects and standard operating data reviews.
