Papa Johns is seeking an QCC Operations Engineering Manager Lead to oversee asset lifecycle planning, contract maintenance strategy, CMMS execution, and mechanic development across the QCC network in the United States (East and West regions). This role emphasizes proactive reliability and data-driven actions to improve center performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in industrial/distribution maintenance or reliability engineering with leadership.
• Strong CMMS experience and CAPEX planning capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to QCC sites across the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Own asset planning and replacement strategy for QCC assets across East and West regions.
• Define in-house vs. outsourced maintenance; negotiate national contracts.
• Develop CMMS strategy; standardize asset hierarchy and PMs; drive scorecards.
• Lead reliability initiatives, center capital projects, and RCA-driven improvements.
