Papa John's is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead reliability and maintenance at the Quality Control Center. You will own the department P&L, drive a data‑driven reliability program, and build a high‑performing technical team to meet safety and quality standards.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years in automated food manufacturing maintenance, experience with FMEA/RCM, and proven capital planning and cross‑functional leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in automated food manufacturing.
• Experience deploying reliability strategies (FMEA/RCM) and leading CI/ TPM.
• P&L ownership with budget and capital plan experience.
• Knowledge of USDA, HACCP, OSHA and food safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own the maintenance department P&L and annual budget, tracking variances.
• Lead the shift from reactive to predictive, using data and condition monitoring.
• Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program and CMMS.
• Oversee major repairs, projects, and contractor management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the center.
