Job summary

Papa John's International, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a food manufacturing and distribution environment. You will oversee spare parts management, safety, downtime reduction, and team development through regular performance reviews.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance programs, lead capital projects, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA requirements while driving reliability and cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop maintenance and sanitation teams in a food manufacturing and distribution environment.
• Liaise with outside contractors as needed.
• Supervise and train maintenance and custodial teams; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain organization and sanitation of maintenance parts, tools and area.
• Lead Center Leadership Team with Papa John’s Core values and daily business objectives.
• Ensure safety awareness and performance across the department and QCC.
• Lead cross-functional teams and capital projects; manage outside contractors.
• Oversee PM program using a parts management system and ensure safe, policy-compliant maintenance.
• Lead major repairs and maintenance projects; manage productivity via KPIs.
• Develop and manage the department budget and capital project estimates.
