Job summary

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is hiring a Finance Analyst to join the Poland Finance Team. You will work on databases, build business models, and provide substantive support to Heads across the organization to influence strategic decisions.

You will model processes, develop the Glovo business plan, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and procurement to drive improvements. This role offers ownership, fast growth, and a culture that values diverse talents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or analytics.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

You have:

Minimum 3 years of experience

Analytical and 360 mindset

Hands-on and autonomous

Financial Analysis and Excel skills

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills - numbers are key, but a business is built with people

Ability to juggle - we are consistently working on multiple projects at any given time, so we are looking for someone who has the capability to successfully multitask

Team player - this is a highly collaborative and supportive team environment
