Amrize North America is seeking an Operations Manager-RMX to drive strategy execution across a defined market and product line in Louisiana. You will oversee productivity, efficiency, customer service levels and employee satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop staffing plans, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and foster safety and compliance while building strong teams and coordinating with HR and support functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience in operations or related field.
• 7+ years of work experience in operations management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional objectives and KPIs for the market and product line.
• Oversee daily operations, productivity, and customer service levels.
• Coordinate budget preparation and cost control across functions.
• Lead staffing, training and succession planning with HR.
