Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Operations Manager to drive strategy execution and oversee all operations within a defined Michigan market and product line. You’ll focus on productivity, efficiency, customer service, and employee retention while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, review financials, and promote continuous process improvements to deliver high-quality results for Amrize North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Field of Study: Operations Management or related discipline.
• Required technical skills include Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all operations within a defined market and product line.
• Direct managers to align with business objectives and budget targets.
• Support regional P&L targets by identifying improvement opportunities and resource sharing.
• Prepare operating budgets and conduct reviews of cost drivers and KPIs.
• Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Drive productivity through KPI analysis and improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with management to address customer service, union, and fleet concerns.
