A Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for all commercial activities and execution of strategies within their defined region. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals, ASCs & clinics. They will be required to understand the unique market opportunities of their geography including reimbursement, healthcare delivery models, transitions of care, and patient pathways. They will be charged with strategic planning for their region in conjunction with their RBD and the development of detailed business plans to ensure the execution of business strategy.
The ROM will also be responsible for ensuring that target accounts within their geography understand the necessary steps to operationalize UroGen products, minimize access and operational barriers for patients and providers when ordering UroGen products, consistent with company compliance policies, procedures, and approved materials. The focus will be on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
