Title: IT Director of Operations

Department: IT & Security

Reports to: Chief Information Officer

Job Summary

As the Director of IT, you will coordinate and oversee all day-to-day operations across the Wesley, LLC umbrella of companies. We’re seeking a motivated, experienced professional with exceptional customer support abilities and professionalism who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily department logistics and help desk operations
  • Represent the department in executive-level meetings
  • Present strategic initiatives, KPIs, and department performance metrics to executive leadership
  • Supervise a team of 3 direct reports
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, responsiveness, and professionalism
  • Ensure completion of monthly, quarterly, and yearly departmental goals
  • Serve as the top-level escalation point for the IT team
  • Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance
  • Maintain technology stock levels in accordance with company policy
  • Support Legal and Executive teams with technology-related project needs and litigation
  • Coordinate, plan, and lead IT-related projects and initiatives
  • Recruit, train, and coach IT Admin and Help Desk teams
  • Enforce strict adherence to IT and company policies
  • Manage all purchasing for technology systems and hardware
  • Lead systems implementation and integration projects
  • Oversee IT systems and data operations to ensure efficiency and security

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience managing and developing personnel
  • Expertise in MacOS and Apple technologies
  • Proficiency with identity management tools (specifically JumpCloud)
  • Experience administering Salesforce, Dialpad, and DocuSign technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and systems integration abilities
  • Background in IT operations or IT department leadership
  • Business-oriented mindset with a people-first leadership style
  • Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and provide timely support in a fast-moving business environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work on-site in the Franklin, TN office 4–5 days per week
