Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee patient experience, operational efficiency, growth, and success of multiple oral surgery practices across the Southeast. Responsibilities include leading daily operations, developing standardized policies, and driving revenue growth while maintaining high standards of patient care.

The role requires talent management, strategic planning, and travel across TN, AL, NC & FL to support regional practices and ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in dentistry, preferably in a management role.
• Willingness to travel within the Southeast region.
• Proven track record of leading multiple practices.
• Strong budgeting and revenue cycle management experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support practice admins and staff to optimize workflow and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance; take proactive improvement actions.
• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple practices in the region.
• Develop and implement policies and protocols for consistency and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction.
• Coach and mentor practice admins and staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth plans.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract patients and drive referrals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulations and training needs.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop leadership and clinical staff.
• Perform other related duties as required.
