Job summary

Specialized Dental Partners is seeking an Area Manager to support day-to-day operations across practices with full P&L responsibility. The role involves visiting sites, improving processes, and identifying local growth initiatives while maintaining each practice's culture and brand.

You will build strong relationships with doctors and practice managers, travel frequently to field locations, and partner with HR, Finance, Marketing to implement best practices and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive operational management experience.
• Experience managing multiple sites and P&L.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Finance, Marketing.
• Healthcare operations background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports strategic direction provided by Director.
• Build relationships with doctors, Practice Managers and their teams.
• Create schedule of practice visits and travel to sites.
• Mentor and train Practice Managers on operations and process improvement.
• Report and manage key practice KPIs.
• Understand P&L of individual practices.
