Orthodontic Experts Management LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily regional operations, implement strategies, and ensure top-tier patient service across multiple Cincinnati clinics.

You will monitor performance, coach managers, and collaborate with Marketing to meet office needs. This full-time role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proven track record in medical practice management.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in treatment coordination in a private medical practice.
• 5 years experience in management.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Ability to motivate and build strong teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, and/or education and experience in a relevant field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of your region and ensure efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to meet company goals.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and address issues in your region.
• Coach managers on resolving clinic and patient issues and support HR conversations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to meet office marketing needs and ensure patient service quality.
• Report regional metrics and maintain patient safety in all clinics.
