Job summary

Orthodontic Experts in Cincinnati seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, supervise staff, manage scheduling, and ensure high-quality patient care. The role includes budgeting, regulatory compliance, and driving improvements across systems and workflows.

You will train personnel, monitor performance, coordinate training, and report to leadership while maintaining patient data privacy and safe clinical environments.

Qualifications

• A bachelor degree or equivalent
• 3-4 years of experience in office administration
• 2 years of office management experience
• Excellent computer skills, including Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Google Suites
• Prior management experience in dental or orthodontics is a plus

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises office personnel
• Manages scheduling of patients and adjusts as needed
• Monitors no-shows and reschedules accordingly
• Reviews treatment and payment plans with patients
• Ensures all clinic systems operate at peak effectiveness
• Oversees a medium to large team of direct reports
• Leads staff meetings and communicates policy changes
• Ensures regulatory compliance and handles patient complaints
• Manages equipment and supplies ordering
• Produces weekly and monthly leadership reports
• Coordinates clinic staff training and meetings
• Maintains patient data per regulations and company policy
• Maintains facilities per hygiene and OSHA standards
• Monitors office budget and participates in marketing events
• Supports other clinics when traveling
