Job summary

South Dakota Department of Human Services seeks a Regional Operations Manager within the Division of Long Term Services and Supports. You will supervise Case Management Specialists across Huron, Mobridge, Pierre, and Redfield, training staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring program compliance.

Responsibilities include developing public relations, coordinating referrals, and providing backup support while team members are unavailable. Travel across multiple counties may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social science, behavior science or related field or public health.
• Knowledge of social work theories, ethics, confidentiality.
• Ability to interview and assess client needs and services.
