Community Concierge Services (CCS) is growing quickly across the US. CCS provides doorstep waste and recycling solutions to apartment communities 5-7 days per week and is currently seeking a motivated individual to help manage evening valet trash operations. We are looking for the right candidate based in Atlanta, GA, and/or Orlando, FL, with experience in managing within the blue-collar space, particularly in doorstep trash. This role requires regular travel across multiple districts and occasional extended overnight stays. The candidate must be comfortable with hands-on work.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Travel to various markets as needed to ensure SOP compliance
• Develop management teams into better leaders while driving productivity
• Hold regular team meetings to align efforts
• Oversee accounts within your region, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence
• Proactively resolve service and staffing issues
• Ensure routes are covered and fill in as needed
• Work with porters to meet CCS expectations and conduct quality audits
• Coordinate with Vice Presidents of Operations for staffing needs
• Address issues during valet trash service with managers and porters
• Perform service audits post-route completion
• Assist in rolling out new communities, including distributing containers, marketing materials, and staffing
• Manage payroll oversight within districts

Workload:

• This role involves a non-traditional schedule, primarily working between 6 pm and 1 am, with a target completion time of 11:30 pm. Hours may vary depending on business needs.
• Travel up to 75% within districts, sometimes for extended periods.
• Initially, the first 60 days involve working as a district operations manager before transitioning into a regional role to learn the business from the ground up.
